- The Grand Canyon is a popular tourist walk at Blackheath. Starting at Evans LO we follow the path into canyon and walk along the creek climbing out at Neates Glen. The walk is 2 km, involving lots of steps on a well-formed track. Included in the walk are side trips to Lizard Rock, Harris LO, Beauchamp Falls and Lower Grand Canyon (as far as the swim). The walk will proceed at a slower pace and is suitable for new members and photographers. There are several creek crossings on stepping stones or ankle deep water.
