- The next section on the crossing of the Blue Mountains https://greatwestwalk.com.au/. Quite a bit of road walking or we may take the steeper section at Linden and use fire trails - which will upgrade the walk to 4. This walk will continue on the summer program as tracks open up and possibly into Autumn. There really is no reason to stop in Katoomba - can easily plot out a walk completing at Hartley as a full crossing of the Blue Mountains - stay tuned!
