[This activity description has changed since it was originally posted. The original description included a section of Du Faur Creek that was further downstream.] We will leave Bells Line of Road and head North down a long ridge, meeting Du Faur Creek at 523878. From there we will walk, wade and swim for about 1.5 km down the creek, exiting near 525888. I estimate the trip will be about 11 km, taking around 6 or 7 hours. All the walk is off-track. There may be some rock scrambling. Most of the section along Du Faur Creek is exploratory for the leader. I am not sure how much swimming there will be so participants must be strong swimmers.
