- Leave cars S of Dumbano Tunnels (Suboir Canyon), walk NE along the ridge and cross Dumbano Creek. Ascend an interesting (and, in places, scrubby) slot up to Boiler Ridge and then return by an equally interesting spur. Maximum 5 walkers or 8 if there is another 4WD vehicle.
