- This walk is part of an ongoing search by John to find every mini canyon (EWS) near the Bells Line of Road. It is exploratory and we will be guided by the excellent (and free) LIDAR maps of Rob Herbert. If you haven't visited his website yet, do. The maps will lift the blinkers from your eyes and change the way you walk. I have attached two maps, one showing the rough area we will walk in, and the second showing where we meet. For the odometer minded it is 6.5 km form the Mt Vic - Darling Causeway intersection, and for the flatlanders it is 0.8 km from the Mount Wilson BLOR junction. We will start at 08:00 to avoid the heat of the day and expect to finish around noon.
