- Description
- Leaving 4:30pm from Conservation Hut, Wentworth Falls. This is an after work run through Empress Canyon and then pizza at the Station Bar, Katoomba. The canyon involves jumps into water, short swims, and a 30m abseil down a slipery waterfall into a deep pool to end it off.
