- Walk out onto the northwest side of Ngula Bulgarabang Regional Park within Radiata Plateau, Katoomba. Walk out and down to Blacks Ladder (first mapped in 1832). Follow the base of the cliff line in a northeast direction until we find an easy pass back to the top via Back Creek and eastern end of Radiata Plateau to vehicles.
