- Coachwood Canyon is a pleasant but fairly open canyon flowing into Rocky Creek. The coachwood forest higher up in the creek is impressive, and the abseils are interesting. There are around 3-5 abseils longest being 25. Distance 7km. Accent 250m. Duration 7 to 8hrs. Will exit by reversing Rocky creek canyon. wetsuits highly recommended
