This walk replaces Jim O'Keeffe's walk which has been postponed. There are no abseils. It is suitable for children with adventurous spirits. Hat Hill is a walk and swim canyon at Blackheath. There are swims, wades and small waterfalls to negotiate. You experience is a variety of scenery - mossy creeks, coachwood forest and canyon walls.The canyon ends where the creek plummets into the Grose Valley.There are excellent views from "spa" pools at the cliff edge. Wet suits are recommended.
