Heart Attack Canyon is a great canyon in the lower reaches of Rocky Creek. It has one heart-stopping abseil of 50m, some deep wades but no swims. It involves exposure and rock scrambling, 480m ascent and distance around 22km, so will be a long day. Wetsuits are optional but all the usual abseiling gear is needed.
