Park at the locked gate on Bowen Hill Trail, GR 689 967. Head west, across a deep gully, then descend under the cliff line at around GR 675 969. Continue under the cliffs clockwise till about GR 682 973. Climb on the ridge to the east, then make our way back to the car. Exploratory. About 6 km. Scrambling and exposure.
