A scenic bit of the northern Gross Valley with challenges. We will do a car shuttle and start from the Mt Banks Picnic Area, then walk towards Wongarra Hill. Then walk up to the top of the "Mirror Ball" abseil site. Then go down the Oronga Canyon exit track and head round to Oronga Walls. We will walk along an exposed cliff ledge at Oronga Walls. Great views. Then head out a scramble exit using a handline. Not a long walk but some challenges. This is not a beginners walk, but great for members who want to see some great scenery and not overwrought by exposed ledges. Should bring a helmet due to walking near cliff edges.
