- Practice canyoning skills such as: abseiling, ascending using prusiks and mechanical ascenders, rigging, belaying, managing anchors, team work and communication. The focus will be on competent level skills, however there is opportunities for grade 4 and 5's to rig and manage anchors. It is a full day and will run from 8am to 4pm. Distance 1km.
