- Practice canyoning skills such as: abseiling, ascending using prusiks and mechanical ascenders, rigging, belaying, managing anchors, team work and communication. It is a full day and will run from 8:30am to 4pm. Focusing primarily on competent level skills, however there will be opportunities for grade 4 and 5's to rig and manage anchors. Distance 1km.
