- Practice canyoning skills such as: abseiling, ascending using prusiks and mechanical ascenders, rigging, belaying, managing anchors, team work and communication. It is a full day and will run from 8:30am to 4pm. Distance 1km. Ascent 140m, descent 140m. Offtrack and rock scrambling.
