- Practicing techniques how to avoid or minimize the chance of problems occurring on an abseil. And also rescuing an abseiler (who is stuck and unable to descend or self rescue) using releasable rigging, lifts, shifts and converting static rigging to releasable. It is a full day and will run from 8am to 4pm. This session is intended for individuals who are proficient in rigging techniques and anchor management. Distance 1km. Ascent 140m, descent 140m.
