Tiger Snake canyon is accessed from the Old Coach Road on the Newnes plateau. It is a short canyon with 4 abseils and is suitable for less experienced canyoners. Abseil 3 now has a new anchor and is a little longer. There are some very pleasant canyon sections and a great abseil into a narrow dark crack. Tiger Snake is a dry canyon with one knee deep pool. The weather forecast for Tuesday is good.
