Tiger Snake Canyon is ideal for less experienced canyoners. It is located on the Newnes Plateau near the beginning of the Old Coach Road. There are four easy abseils. Tiger Snake is a dry canyon but you can expect wet feet in a shallow pool. The final abseil (25m) is down a narrow crack in the dark. The final canyon section is dark and constricted. The walk in and out is on track.
