Wollemi National Park: Ravines and Cliffs South of Bowens Creek

- Description
- Park at the barrier at the national park boundary on Mount Irvine Road. Climb onto the tops to the south west and explore a ravine to the west. Descend into a major tributary of Bowens Creek and follow it north to near the junction with Bowens Creek. Climb out towards a cliff line to the south east and follow it until it runs out. Reconnect with the cars via a wonderful lookout platform visited on the last walk to this area. About 6 km. Exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.
