- Description
- Two beautiful short canyons on the north side of the Grose Valley with nicely flowing waterfalls, clear pools, mossy walled canyon sections & views looking out over the valley. Some chest deep wades and maybe a short swim. Off track walking at Kamarah and we will need to take off packs to pass under a log jam. Dalpura: Abseil a 6m waterfall or 8m from the side then an optional 16m waterfall. Kamarah: Hand over hand 4m and a 6m abseil with abit of overhang. Suitable for those who have completed the abseil training course but you should be comfortable with offtrack walking, negotiating slippery rocks and hand over hand down climbing.
