This is an wonderful non-abseiling canyon at Mt Wilson. Tom Brennan rates it 10/10! We walk in from Watertrough Hill and enter via Belfry Canyon, a short canyon with mossy walls. Bell Creek has many long swim sections through dark tunnels with narrow walls. Rock scrambling over slippery rocks and obstacles is necessary. Canyoning helmets are required and wetsuits are recommended. The scenery is magnificent. We continue up DuFaurs Creek and exit via Joes Canyon to follow the track back to Mt Wilson Fire station. This activity is suitable for strong swimmers and expereinced bushwalkers.
